Puppetry 1995

I finished my studies at The Evergreen State College and started making puppets and puppet theaters that were portable. Soon enough I found myself on set doing floor runner work on Pinnochio, Snow White, and Buddy.

I found myself at Jim Henson’s Creature Shop where I was delighted to be helping push rubber gorilla technology farther than it had ever gone before.

This time in my life on film sets where we would work 12-16 hours on location and then do it again 6 days a week gave me the ability to really work hard and long when I want something.

Eventually I burnt out and returned home to Seattle after spending time in Prague, London and LA. I worked for the NorthWest Puppet Center as house manager until I became a school teacher.
